This is one of the oldest combinations going, ours is made with forced rhubarb from the renowned Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle.

Sugar, Rhubarb 28%, Stem Ginger 14%, Lemon Juice (From Concentrate), Gelling Agent (Fruit Pectin), Citric Acid, (Prepared with 41g Fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 66g per 100g). May contain GLUTEN SOYA MILK EGG NUTS.

Tried many but none so far have matched Bracken Hills version . Sadly it’s getting harder to obtain in the York area. Fortunately I’m a “have car must travel” so will not be beaten . Sadly the big man in the sky has called in my number so I have to admit I may be over endulging whilst i can. Wonder if I can take a jar with me.

Absolutely delicious… this is the perfect summer jam for scones, tea cakes… in fact anything. Our favourite so far!
