This is the best tasting jam product ever. The liquorice hit is sensational. It’s so versatile for both savoury and sweet treats. One jar is just not enough.

I bought this at Pontefract liquorice festival. It’s one of my most favourite things in the whole wide world. I’m just ordering another jar.

I spotted this in a shop and just had to find out what it was like. Very well-balanced, with the liquorice not overpowering the fruit. I have also used in a sauce for roast pigeon with great success.
I also reckon that using this as the jam layer in a Bakewell would be a great combination with the frangipane, but I’m no baker.

I initially developed this to go with game but it took off as sweet and savoury

I saw this at The Pantry cafe at Elsecar and bought a jar as a birthday present to myself. I am the only one in the family who like licorice. This jam was amazing – not too sweet but very fruity. It went brilliantly in my morning yoghurt as well as on some homemade scones. Just a great jam for your preserves collection.

I first came across this jelly in a B&B in Buckden. We now include it in every order from Bracken Hill. It is the most delicious tasting jelly we’ve ever come across. We love it. It also makes a great stocking filler at Christmas!

This jelly knocks the socks off any other jam/jelly I have ever tasted. As a life long liquorice lover it is the right combination of flavours, not overly liquoricey just subtle enough to make this jam amazing! I bought mine at the Harrogate flower show and even made them give me the half empty taster jar as they were going to throw it away! Sacrilege!! Lol

Excellent just on warm toast but is great for making sauces for game meats. A must for liquorice lovers.
