I bought a random jar from the Deli in Thirsk when I saw how local you are. It won’t be the last either – this isca really lovely marmalade – very fruity and tangy. I have a jar of Roses lime and lemon too, but there’s simply no comparison – the Bracken Hill is just so much nicer.
