This BBQ sauce is a cut above any alternative that I have tried over the years – and I have tried a considerable number! Unlike the majority of BBQ sauces, the flavours of which are dominated by either tomato or smoke (or both!), this product most certainly is not. Of course, it is tomato based, and has a slight smoky flavour as well, but neither overpowers the subtle and unique underlying taste. I can’t work this out, but assume it comes from the combination of ingredients that make up the added Gentleman’s Relish. Give it a try and you won’t go back to any other product.
