You have a legal right to change your mind about any of the products that you buy from us and can return them to us for a full refund provided you tell us no later than 14 days following delivery and have not opened the jar or bottle. Where the goods have already been sent to you, then you must return them to us at your own expense and should package it appropriately to ensure that it arrives with us intact.
To cancel your order call us or send an email to email@example.com with your order number or your name, address and date of order.
Important: Within 30 days of receipt, you have the right to reject any of our products where there is a fault with the product or the jam or chutney does not match the description on the label. Simply call us or send an email with your name and address or order number and we will send you a replacement immediately. Alternatively if you would prefer tell us that you require a refund.
In accordance with the EU Regulation on Consumer Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), the European Commission has established an ODR platform that will allow consumers who have a problem with goods or services purchased online to submit a complaint via an online complaint form.
